The hard work, commitment and talent of the hundreds of property professionals studying for nationally recognised vocational qualifications was recognised at a prestigious awards ceremony arranged by the National Federation of Property Professionals (NFOPP).

A total of six awards were presented at the event which was held at the Business Design Centre in London during this year’s Agency Expo in October.

Honiton based Estate and Letting Agents Millstock Ltd were among the 5 award winners with Managing Director, Craig Bernhardt picking up the ‘Technical Award in Sale of Residential Property Student of the Year 2008’.

Peter Bolton King, chief executive of the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA), speaking at the event said: “Entries for this year’s awards were judged mostly on securing high marks, but we also considered the candidate’s success in managing to juggle demanding personal circumstances with their studies.

“It is inspirational to see how many estate agents take on the challenge of studying, some after many years in the business, and I congratulate each of this year’s winners on their achievements.

Chris Brown, President of the NAEA presented each of the winners with their hand-engraved glass trophies.
